Weigh-ins and registration begin at 8:30 A.M. and run till 11:30 A.M. Tournament begins at 12:00 P.M.

Every event has experienced referees. The universal rules under
the IBJJF are utilized for officiating. Medals are handed out to the
top 3 place winners in each division. Team trophies also go out to
the top 3 schools based on points accumulated by each school.
